      Pros

      This job is Rewarding. Helping the students grow and progress through their individual issues is the most rewarding part of this job. The next best thing is the people you work with. You actually feel like they care about you as a person.

      Cons

      Overwhelming. Many people do end up quiting after a short time because of the high work load.

      . Extremely positive and supportive community throughout both the field, logistics, and clinical departments . Incredible opportunities for professional and personal growth . Living in the desert/Uinta mountains

      . 8 days on 6 days off schedule for field guides (pro or con depending on who you ask) . High burnout

      You get to spend time outside! The staff is amazing!! Great community. Impactful work.
