Second To None (Michigan) Response
12yThank you for sharing your thoughts. It is good to hear that you enjoyed your fellow team co-workers and that the flexibility extended to you through the work from home position resulted in a positive work/life balance. As an employer, it can be challenging to nurture an engaging workplace culture with those who are home-based, and as we have seen with other co-workers who spend little time on-site in our offices, perceptions can differ and personal satisfaction can be diminished. Though some of what you have shared is of course disappointing to hear, your viewpoint is respected. We will continue to strive each day to create a workplace which is values-driven, purposeful, and satisfies each employee's creative, social and economic needs, while allowing them to give of their best selves and realize their potential.
