Cons
Interaction with insurance companies demands more time than reasonably necessary. Inability to get documentation from seller on a timely basis is a struggle. I get frustrated on all the negative press from the insurance lobby which filters down to the people I work with ....fact is the secondary market values qualified policies at a much higher amount than the primary market (surrender values from insurance carrier or lapse for zero.)
