I started my career in this company as a Security Analyst and they send me to attend on sight training for first three months and I took this opportunity to learn new things about Information Security. They give opportunity to manage your project directly with the client, so you can develop your communication skill and management skill.
Cons
In this company the management follows some strong policies for their employees, initially it is harder to harder to follow their policy but when comparing to the opportunity's for the Information Security as a fresher is minimum in Chennai, so it is better to follow their rules and learn new things about security field.
