While there have been some management challenges in this company, I feel grateful to have worked alongside a team of amazing and talented colleagues who are passionate, driven, and always willing to help one another. Although there is a good work-life balance, there is potential for improvement in comprehending the business's priorities versus unnecessary distractions, as well as cultivating a stronger sense of urgency within the workplace.
Cons
The management is extremely disorganized and lacks clear direction, which led to a lot of confusion and frustration among the employees. There is a serious lack of communication between departments, and it often felt like everyone was working in silos. The company also doesn't have a dedicated HR department and responsibilities related to HR were often managed by managers or the CEO himself.
