Good but could be better - Assistant Manager SecureSpace Management Employee Review

Company is growing fast and opportunities for promotions are opening up. Management has improved communication to the field and expectations are clearly set to achieve goals and bonuses. I am enjoying my time here and hoping to take on more responsibilities soon.

From my initial onboarding this company showed me they really care about the people who join their team. Everyone has been very welcoming and is happy to lend a hand or teach me something new about self-storage. The tools and support we receive are very helpful to complete my tasks and get through each day. I am glad I joined this company and hope it's my last job!

Self storage isn't always a glamorous job, but this is as good as it gets.
