Pros
There were no real pros other than a few nice employees. It would be better if the company actually had something of value.
Cons
The owners Lee and his wife Jaclyn have very limited business experience and it shows in the volatile way they manage. Never before have two people with limited skills believe that everyone loves them when at the same time they are all looking to get out of there. Several times a year the employees are forced to spend all day in a so called training that is nothing more than Lee lecturing all of us how great he is and how lazy we are. When I learned of all the states suing them and the number of people that lost their life savings due to Lees shady coaching business I was out of there. I am surprised the Feds have not shut them down yet.
