Pros
As part of Dell, above average benefits. However, base pay is below average. 401k, HSA contributions and good amount of vacation and sick time off.
Cons
Incompetent management with decades of service, expect obsolete management style, a lot of finger pointing even within the same siloed teams, close to 0 pay increases, no RSUs, retaliations, opposing views are strongly discouraged.
