Pros
Some of the great things about Secureworks are the people, fellow employees and culture. They provide an excellent atmosphere to not only perfect ones currrent skills but to learn knew ones as well.
Cons
This is probably said about many places nowadays but one thing that seems to be the case in many departments is lack of adequate staff size for workload.
