Pros
On-site employee education and 'noontime' seminars offered are great if you can fit it in with your workload.
Cons
Massive changes going on, not sure where it will all lead or if they will succeed. Many opportunities open, most are IT or high-level positions requiring skills not easily acquired inside the company.
