Pros

Pay is decent for the amount of product and system knowledge required. Full time employees with the company start with 4 weeks of PTO. Company as a whole likes to promote from within, but any opportunity for career growth is dependent on what department you're in.

Cons

Management in the "Enterprise Contact Center" (ECC) does not care about employees' well being at all. You are nothing more than a number to them. "Performance reviews" are just smoke and mirrors to justify raises lower than the cost of living increase each year - management outright admits no one in this role can "exceed expectations".
