Great company with great benefits. It is over 100 years old and 1 of the only companies that still offer a pension
Cons
Management is very disconnected. Started with a manager that was invested in their team and when new leadership came in they adjusted the culture to a numbers-driven environment. However, this was the push of their leadership up to the directorships.
