Some of the Cons at working with Securiguard Services is not the job itself, but about Management and the Union. I have seen several individuals who have been wrongly convicted by Management. Even with the support of the Union, the final outcome does not change with any understanding of the employee. The employees well-being here are not as appreciated and considered compared to other companies. Securiguard Services Management is more focused on covering up faults in Management rather than trying to resolve them, which prevents and restricts the overall growth of the company.
