      Pros

      Some of the people here are wonderful, hardworking, and collaborative.

      Cons

      Leadership does not communicate across teams and expects ICs to share updates and comms but there is no agreement at the top. The culture is one of fear and shame. Asking questions is met with reprimands for not knowing the answer already. Priorities shift daily and there is little room for long term planning. Disorganized and chaotic.
