2yI'm sorry you feel the way you do. A few things to respond to - 1. Yes, the warehouse is dirty, which is why we just invested in a $20,000 floor sweeper to use each night. Hopefully, that will help improve the dust. However, it's still a warehouse and not an office. 2 - We value everyone equally and have fantastic diversity—people from all over the world, men, women, and people who believe in different things. Do we have a male-dominated leadership team? Yes, because we are a small company. However, several women have moved into manager roles and are being trained for future leadership positions. 3 - When times are tough, employee pay cuts are sometimes necessary. When pay cuts do happen, the CEO, as a matter of principle, always takes double the pay cut of the hourly workers. For example, if the hourly employees take a 5% pay cut, the CEO takes a 10% pay cut.
