Pros
Provide some supervisory opportunities for unilingual guards that the Corps does not. Safety boot allowance each year.
Cons
Poor management, not transparent, lack integrity, hold grudges, pre-determined job competitions, uniform allotment is half of what the Corps offers, no second language training allowance, only 4 sick days a year that cannot carry over, pay union dues but receive no representation, poor morale, low employee engagement, company has the attitude that you have to suck it up else they can find someone else to do the job.
