      Permanent work from home is nice

      Too much work pressure and unrealistic targets Project dashboards are very confusing and waste a lot of time Simple tasks are made complicated for no reason Seniors behave rudely and aggressively sometimes Very low salary compared to market standards. Performance based bonus/Appraisal is scam
