Pros
Co-workers were great, most were hard working. Benefits started immediately on day one.
Cons
No opportunity for advancement due to union policies, not transparent to anyone, member's opinions not important, sr management doesn't support anyone. Not proactive, reactive. Not consistent in loan decisions. Work environment not the same as made to believe in interview.
