Pros
Good people and good pay for a part-time internship. Learned a lot and had fun.
Cons
Most everyone in upper management placed little to no value in the marketing department. Multiple people wore multiple hats so sometimes you had to do a lot of bouncing around before actually finding the right person to talk to or get something approved.
