      The company really cares about it's employees and goes out of the way to be flexible and recognizes the importance of an employee's life outside work. Can move from rural to more metro areas with this company.

      Cons

      Low turnover so limited potential to move into more seasoned positions.

      Flexible schedule Small team Nice building

      Cons

      Kept adding responsibilities to employees without pay increase. Did not provide a decent raise when inflation was 8-9%. Poor work environment once upper levels worked in same building.
