The company has been successful because it has great employees in front line roles.

Entry level pay is not competitive. We were expected to recruit good candidates with company culture and the potential for long term stability as selling points, but the only thing that really matters to them is how much money the company is making, not the people that are helping make that happen. There are glass ceilings everywhere and career progression is very difficult.
