Pros
- Security Validation has taken me in as a recent grad with minimum experience in data security. Although my position was unclear a first, management and those in office have worked with me every day to teach me the industry and grow my skills. In a very short time, we were able to develop a position for me and since then I have been given more responsibilities that also came with higher pay. - Pay has ALWAYS been on time, and I've never received a bounced check. The one and only time my paycheck was delayed (for two days), I was given a bonus for compensation. - Great health / dental benefits. - There's so much room for growth and development. With the company growing seemingly every day, there's always something new to learn and master. Security Validation has the resources to teach anyone who is willing to learn.
Cons
- Although the office in Montclair is beautiful, it's unfortunate we have to pay for street parking.
