Pros

Nothing. There is no pros only cons. Don't join this org. Even this is a last option.

Cons

The company is too bad. There is no structure at all. The directors are very unprofessional and keep nagging about salary. They themselves don’t know what they want. Somehow, they always find a way to target you. The team size is still under 20, even though the company was established around 2018. More employees have left than joined. Worst policies ever.

Pros

Colleagues and manager is good but totally selfish although colleagues helps there to learn new things.

Cons

As I said there salary sucks they only want slave without their deserving salary and salary was arrived at 8th of every month and interns salary was received at 18th-20th every month. They works 5.5 days/week means usually alternate Saturday's were off but it's not always off. It all depends on Director and CEO which are husband and wife.
