Great colleagues who are smart, skilled and passionate about their profession. Many started as co-workers but have become friends. A great sense of teamwork. There's a lot of collaboration among departments and team members. A crisis brings out the best in the staff. Departments and individuals pitch in excitedly to help even if it doesn't affect them directly. Seda offers a good chance to grow in your profession and expand your skills. Senior management is open to new ideas and is willing to invest the time and resources if you make a good case.
Cons
The biggest problem is growth. Yes, that presents unique challenges like short deadlines and some long days.
