1. SEDEMAC owns a monopoly for two wheeler and Genset oriented electronics manufacturing in India. 2. Regular anonymous feedback are taken from the employees. 3. Fellow employees are co-operative.
Cons
1. No learning opportunities for the employees whatsoever (especially in software development). 2. Although the feedback is taken on a regular basis. Though no improvements are made so far. 3. Employees in the company are somewhat unprofessional in nature. 4. Though the company boasts of diversity. In some teams, it gets uncomfortable for non Marathi people as you'll have to keep reminding them that you don't know Marathi. Want to join SEDEMAC ? I would recommend taking a crash course in Marathi. 5. You'll be free to speak your mind, but hardly it will make any difference.
