Pros

PTO Some co-workers are great Ability to WFH

Cons

Everything else.... Pay is not good Only performance raises. I have been here 10 yrs and the highest i ever received is 2%. To get that raise, you need to meet all your goals, which includes audits being above 95%, meeting a self improvement goal, and a bunch of other stuff. A lot of people dont get their raises because of this. Its difficult to do. Whatever raise you do get (max 2%) is worthless because the cost of insurance each year increases more than that. Really high deductibles, basically catastrophic insurance. Some terrible leadership. Team leads can have multiple official complaints against them and zero is done about it. They have decent PTO, but no rollover, they insist you get it all scheduled ASAP. You dont want to take it because you get SO far behind. You have to work extra hours to get ahead before you leave or you are struggling to catch up when you get back. Yearly surveys they send out are absolutely worthless. Employees concerns are not addressed. They make up other things to address instead. Workload is extremely high and lately we have been told we can't work overtime despite the fact we are salary. They have also begun to use AI to micromanage and keep track of your every move by printing out every kind of report imaginable. It used to be one of the good companies to work for because they didnt micromanage. We were treated like professional adults. Ive stayed because im wanting to retire and I dont want to start a brand new job.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
