Mediocre to sub par pay. Highly demanding churn and burn operation. Management often unable to keep a fully staffed team. Work-life balance only possible for those with superhuman task management skills.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
