Pros

PTO, benefits, system technology, and some coworkers.

Cons

Just look at company rating. Too many negatives compared to positives. Caseloads are too high for all the things Sedgwick promises the clients. Negativity and complaining by most coworkers everywhere you walk or look. Training for new people is horrible and a full caseload is dropped on them without knowing what they are doing. Goals are unachieveable. You have to pay over $100 a month just to park downtown. Corporate numbers are important to management but no help in sight when out on PTO or intake is higher.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
