      Pros

      While working there, I was able to work from home but that perk has now been removed.

      Cons

      No accountability for low performers. If you are a good employee you will get the bulk of the work and have the expectation to work overtime to get others caught up. The pay is way too low and living paycheck to paycheck isn't worth your time at this company. The culture is poor and there is a clique mentality even among management.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
