Pros

The benefits and the PTO are nice plus the amount of overtime offered is excellent too.

Cons

The amount of calls on a normal day is BEYOND ridiculous. I know it's a call center and you're supposed to expect that. HOWEVER, it gets mentally exhausting to the point of where you just want to cry and even taking a five second break is not enough. The other issue is that the ACW time is forcing you to be ready for your next caller, who you don't even know if they're going to yell at you or be an almost perfect angel. A couple seconds is not enough time to get yourself together and then the most recent issue is that they're monitoring calls that go over a certain amount to see why you're on there for so long, but the problem is that you'll have up to five claims in one call that you have to take your time on. I am very much close to crying because a call center was never for me in the first place. This has brought me down mentally and I have to talk myself out of quitting because I need money in this economy. Ten out of time I do not recommend.

Pros

The benefits are okay I suppose but they'll deduct your PTO from your severance pay. It's basically a ripoff loan.

Cons

-Constant harassment and hounding from Team Leads. -Unrealistic expectations for case load productivity. Mind you, the maximum expected amount of diaries to be completed is 80+. You're expected to make and take calls while also juggling case notes, emails, and Teams messages that pull you away from your current task. And the workload is moved constantly, regardless of an employee is absent, tardy, or even still present despite being heavy across the board. But you're expected to finish it all "productively" within 8 hours. No overtime and minimal assistance. -Good audit scores don't matter. You could have 98% to 100% , leadership will burn you for missing a few notes or if you're behind on other people's work while also being behind on yours. They say they're understaffed but they refuse to hire more people unless it's your replacement. -You're practically working on a sinking ship.
