Pros
The paid time off benefit is the only good thing about this job.
Cons
This company speaks about all the great benefits they offer their employees, including the certifications they offer their employees. They do not mention all of the loop holes you have to jump through to get approved to take these certification courses. After writing a whole page that talks about WHY i should be allowed to take this certification, it got approved... only to find out that i had to pay out of pocket to take the cert ($1000+) which in this role is impossible because you are living paycheck to paycheck essentially. None of this is discussed in orientation when they are boasting about how great these benefits are. The medical insurance sucks, it does not cover any prescriptions, and the copay is very expensive! This place also shows a lot of favoritism if you have an "in" with supervisors/team leads. These people that are so high up also do not know how to do their jobs and are not held accountable for screwing up.
