      Pros

      Being able to embrace all different types of runners and help people with their running goals.

      Cons

      Pay was terrible. Upper management was incompetent with basic business practices and California labor laws. Little to no recognition. No ability to move up in the company.

      Pros

      - embraces all types of runners - have a variety of brands and shoe models - very nice atmosphere - have weekly running groups with customers, led by an employee - host a number of 5k/half marathons during the year - employees are trained well to determine the best possible shoe for a customer

      Cons

      - though there was a variety of shoe models, we didn't have some specific ones that customers asked for - didn't carry some shoes in bigger sizes/wider widths
