Pros

* Owners that have a business to run but never stop caring that they have people working for them * Rare leadership that challenges you as an individual but never stops treating you as one * Fabulous team atmosphere without the egos of major corporations * Colleagues who are willing to jump in and help regardless of their titles * Many opportunities for those who want to grow in a company and who are willing to work hard * A definite "gem of a company" in a large and competitive industry * Ability to communicate situations and have those issues met with a "let's fix it" attitude that respects everyone involved as people and not problems

Cons

Still have yet to find one.

Pros

Nice office complex Nice desks arrangement Flexibility with hours and work from home capability

Cons

Awful management team. The hours can be long, to be even close to an successful recruiter who know their clients and candidates and achieve their targets will put in much longer hours in order to get the job done. Unprofessional staff, inconsistent policies, misleading guidelines and paperwork. No cultured workplace environment. No accomplishments from managers when you do great, only beat down in word via email or in person when mistakes are made. They don't care about their employees and Lack of training. No room for advancement in the company. Lack of communication through the company. MICROMANAGEMENT/UNDER APPRECIATION-When an employee feels unappreciated at work, the stress it creates can have a fatal blow to the company’s productivity and bottom line. FAVORITISM-Anytime someone receives special treatment at work, it’s bound to ruffle the feathers of fellow employees.
