I wouldn't call these cons per se, but the company is small and growing and still learning about themselves and how to expand into other areas of Digital Marketing responsibly.
They do SEO, PPC and now Analytics very well - and starting to expand into other areas. Again, not a con but if you don't have an innovative, curious spirit by nature, it may be a bit of a challenge for you as young companies often have to pivot and you need to go with the flow.
