Oh, and Seez has a workplace coach/psychologist who can help you process your emotions/thoughts whenever you need to seek out a professional help!

Burnout is a thing in startups because of the constant fast-paced days and weeks and months and the pressure of delivering always to the highest possible quality to our customers, just like in every other workplace. But Seez is making a continuous effort to combat this, and to say it's very challenging is an understatement.

Very good on-bording strategy. Seez really makes sure that you land on both feet with their company. Everything get's explained and gone through in every detail, and you are never in doubt about where you can find help if needed. Someone is always online and ready to assist.

Seez is a tech company. I am not a tech girl. So there are a lot af systems to lean. Luckily I am a quick leaner and none of it has been a poblem at any time. And again - help is always 5 seconds away.
