The products and compensation are competitive, but the workplace culture needs significant improvement. Some colleagues demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect in daily interactions, and I did not find the environment particularly welcoming for international employees. From my experience, there appeared to be a lack of alignment and trust between the European entity and headquarters. Communication was often fragmented, decision-making was unclear, and different teams seemed to operate with conflicting priorities. This significantly affected efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
