      Pros

      Wow, what a great company. Everyone works as a team regardless of the department they are assigned to. You are made to feel valued, and everyone is willing to jump in and help. There is an open-door policy meaning you are free to speak with anyone at any time regarding your concerns and those concerns will be addressed. I wish I would have started here sooner!

      Cons

      There is not one company on this planet that is "perfect" , but Seibels is close.

      Hours were not bad at all

      Cons

      No promotion unless you were unprofessionally close to somebody in the wrong way They didn’t care nor respect minorities They put up a large picture on the 2nd floor of a rusted link chain and cotton
