SeisWare is a very friendly and supportive environment that emphasizes having fun at work in addition to making, selling & supporting quality products. Management is very open to new ideas and it isn't overly hierarchical. People enjoy coming to work.
Cons
Doesn't hire for a lot of senior positions.
