Don't Bother With This Place - Processing Analyst Seismic Exchange Employee Review

Pay is bottom of industry. Nepotism is rampant. You will only get a promotion if you are buddies with management. They have been doing layoffs since the beginning of the year. They have let between 60-90 people go. They kept hiring college recruits in December 2014/January 2015 however and they got to keep their jobs. There is no training program you just sort of stumble through in the dark. Bonuses were paid out during the layoff periods. Seems strange....The college atmosphere gets very tiring for those of us that are mature. They also are/have changed the company name to Seimax.
