      Pros

      The only pro is that it is a subsidiary of Ameresco so the benefits are good

      Cons

      The management. Do not care about the employees. Any employee that has been there more than a year has NEVER seen a review or raise. VP threatens to fire you for simple nothing things.

      Pros

      Motivating Team Lead. Steep Learning curve. The vision and propositions of the founders were commendable and thought-provoking. Team members were so generous and a wonderful work atmosphere.

      Cons

      small team. not well established firm.
