Pros

There are some good leaders here who care about people and work hard. There are some great doctors who collaborate and care about their teams.

Cons

This is by far the worst company I’ve worked for. They will work you to the bone and not appreciate your efforts, only focusing on what you do wrong. The environment is command and control, and the CEO doesn’t care about employees - who are disposable.

Pros

Very different from a Heartland or Aspen DSO. Great company to work at office level (assistant/hygienist/front desk) if you have a good doctor and practice leader.

Cons

Still corporate where there is a lot of pressure to hit goals that can be increased whenever they decide that you need to make up for poor performing offices.
