Pros

There is none to give here.

Cons

To many to list because they don't treat all employees the same. If you look different, youre treated different.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We care deeply about creating a workplace where team members feel respected, supported, and valued. While we can't speak to individual experiences in a public forum, we take all concerns seriously and encourage employees to raise them through our HR department so they can be reviewed thoughtfully. Feedback, whether positive or constructive, helps us continue improving the experience for our teams and the patients we serve.

Pros

Very different from a Heartland or Aspen DSO. Great company to work at office level (assistant/hygienist/front desk) if you have a good doctor and practice leader.

Cons

Still corporate where there is a lot of pressure to hit goals that can be increased whenever they decide that you need to make up for poor performing offices.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you’ve had a positive experience at the practice level, and we recognize how important strong, supportive leadership is to the employee experience. We appreciate your perspective and remain focused on creating a positive and consistent experience across our supported practices. We encourage team members with concerns or feedback to speak with a trusted leader or a member of our Human Resources team so there is an opportunity to listen, better understand the experience, and address concerns directly.
