Work environment is what you make of it. Nation wide employment. Guaranteed a job. Guaranteed an income close to what you would earn on site if become home based And management does have your back as long as you are doing what is right. Paternity/maternity pay is unriveled
Cons
Lack of empathy. Can feel like you are nothing more than a number. Can go extraudinarily long periods of time without contact (sometimes a pro) from staff. Does at times feel like you are a sole entity alone in the field
