      Pros

      Great pay, flexible hours, vacation time always granted, supportive managers

      Cons

      No 401-k match, cant adjust 401-k anytime, no sick time, only allowed to carry over 40 hours PTO...should be 80 to plan a longer vacation.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
