      Overall Salary....looking back, not truly worth it...should have stayed where I was

      This has got to be one of the shadiest companies I have ever worked for....with recent Medicare changes they have raised productivity to 94%!!!!! When I questioned one of the higher ups about how they expected us to complete things such as filing...I was told to bring the patient with me!!!!! I have never been so micro-managed in my life. Trust me the extra money isn't worth it.

      Family oriented team, great pay, flexible schedule for students

      Cons

      Nurses do not help with meal passes, understaffed most of the time.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
