      Pros

      They have excellent pay rates room for raises and wonderful work environment they are very flexible and allow for overtime

      Cons

      The benefits could be better health and such as well as 401(k) they do not do any percentage with 401(k)

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
