      Nice facility, good Rehab candidates

      Horrible company, strictly care about $$, very high pressure to put long term patients on therapy even when they have no ability to benefit.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
