Pros
Decent pay if you can negotiate to get what you want, but... No raises in more than five years. We had a wonderful team in our facility. That is all.
Cons
Productivity, upper management/corporate is terrible. Treat employees badly. After working for company for 1-8 years, our entire team was informed we no longer have a job in our facility. They gave us 2 weeks. They are keeping our accumulated PTO hours, corporate & HR wont return any phone calls. We are all scrambling to find new jobs. A big slap in the face! DON'T WORK FOR THEM!!! Save yourself the pain and stress! :(
