      Compensation is very good, benefits, flexible hours,

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on RUG levels and not enough emphasis on what is good for the patient. Spreads employees too thinly, making for a stressful work environment.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
