      DOR available but unable to make decisions, computer based soft ware, usually hours are available

      Cons

      difficult to get time off need to flex days instead, no raises once hired.

      Pros

      Training is good for regular employees. Pay is great. Typical productivity standards for SNF, Assistants are expected to be at 90%. No company match for 401k, but PRN employees are allowed to put in so that is nice.

      Cons

      Manager training is lacking, especially if it's your first time as a DOR in SNF.
